Wedding anniversary # 12

Today is our 12th wedding anniversary, we haven't done much, just lazed about, done a bit of shopping and will have a meal tonight.

Mark got me this beautiful bunch of flowers which smell lovely as you walk into the room.

Aside from a few grey hairs, some achy joints and a couple of extra pounds we are still exactly the same as we were 12 years ago!

New TV at last!

For the past 4 months since our TV gave up the will to live we have been watching a 14'' portable whilst we saved up for a new one...TV's don't come cheap!......

Well , last week we went and got a new one at last, a 42'' LCD with surround sound and a new table to stand it on.

We had a good deal and are very pleased with it, it feels like we are in the cinema now after having watched that tiny one for so long.

What have we been up to??

Well last week on June 11th Jonathan had his 11th birthday, he had a nice day at Drayton Manor park theme park with some of his friends and then we had a family bar-be-cue in the evening.

Nanny and Grandad got him a Dr Who birthday cake which went down a treat!

I hope he enjoyed his day, I can't believe how the time passed by so quickly.
