We have been over to Cannock Chase again this afternoon, but this time we decided to incorporate a paddle so that Jed could get his feet wet for the first time.
The water was only shallow but still came up to his chest, he didn't have the courage to get in himself so we had to lift him in, he was so desperate to do it whilst watching the other two, but just couldn't pluck up the courage.
Jonah and Jasper spotted the water first and were soon in there chasing after the passing stick.
Jed was desperate to get in there but not quite brave enough!
He just stood there a bit shocked to start with but soon grew accustomed to it all.
We all had a great walk and paddle.

Winnie thinks she'd like swimming, I on the other hand think she'd sink like a rock. When we have her at the park near the water she stands at the edge of the water and cries while the labs chase after balls. Maybe someday when it's warm and I'm feeling adventurous I'll take her out a little ways and see what happens.
