Jed reaches Gold.
Jed achieved the third and final stage of his canine good citizen award on Tuesday evening when he passed his gold test, he did extremely well and I was very proud of him, especially as he was the only one in the class to pass.
Well done Jed. Here he is with his puppy foundation, bronze, silver and gold certificates.
Wow, what a good boy! We don't have that sort of thing where Moleman and I live, but we to have a Therapy Dog training. Winnie wasn't able to take it because wheelchairs scare her. So, what's next for Jed?
Well he's taken his therapy dog test and we've submitted all of the paperwork, the people whom I wrote down as references have replied so we're just waiting now for comformation that he's a fully fledged therapy dog.
The instructor at the obedience class said she thinks I should enter him for small obedience shows and work up with him as she says he has the potential, but he has his biggest test of all coming up soon.....being a possitive role model to his baby sister, so we will see.
It's a shame Winnie doesn't like wheelchairs as she'd have made a nice therapy dog, I hope she isn't afraid of pushchairs/strollers, if they are to be in your future!!?!!
